I have a gift card or discount code. How can I redeem it?
To redeem a discount code in our online store, first place the desired items in your shopping cart. In the shopping cart overview you then have the option to enter the code in the text field "Coupon code". Confirm the code by clicking on the "Add" button. The discount will then be displayed in the payment statement.
Each gift card has an individual code that you can redeem as described above.
ATTENTION: Discounts that are not redeemed at check-out cannot be applied by us afterwards.

Can I use multiple discount codes in one order?
No, it is not possible to combine discount codes.
How can I change my order?
You can change or update your order as long as it has not been packed and/or shipped.
Just send us an email to support@matona.at with your order number and we will do our best to accommodate any changes.

What can I do if my desired size or color is not available?
Every year we do a little balancing act when we order the quantities for our warehouse. This works very well for some products, for others there is always an unexpected demand.
If your desired product is no longer available in our online store, it is unfortunately already sold out and there will be no more subsequent deliveries. Logistically, it is not possible for us to re-produce individual products in the current season. The reason for this are high minimum quantities, which we would not achieve in a subsequent production, and additional high administrative costs.

What can I do if I ordered something by mistake?
Please contact us as soon as possible so that we can hopefully change your order before it is shipped. Please note that we operate on Central European Time and may not be able to respond to requests immediately, especially in the evenings and on weekends.

When will my order be shipped?
We always ship orders on Monday and Thursday. However, please note that there may be delays due to regional or national holidays.

How much does shipping cost?
It all depends on where you live. You can find more information about the shipping costs here: www.matona.at/shipping
Where does Matona ship from?
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Rankweil, Austria.
How long does the shipping take?
The shipping time depends on the destination country. In Austria and Germany you can receive your order within 2 days. In the EU it takes about 4-5 business days and in the rest of the world 5 days or more.
Do you also ship internationally?
We ship your order to pretty much every country in the world! Just fill in your details at the checkout and the shipping costs will be displayed.

What do I do if the product arrives damaged?
We check every item before it reaches you. However, errors can occur during production and testing. If the product is faulty, please contact us at support@matona.at with a picture of the faulty item.
Are returns free of charge?
No, the cost of return shipping must be paid by the customer. However, we will refund the cost of the first shipment if the order is returned in full. For more information, please read our return policy carefully.
How should the products be returned?
Please be sure to return only products that are unworn, unwashed, neatly folded and with all tags attached.
Can I exchange an item for another size/color?
No. If you want to exchange something then please send us the goods back within 14 days (see return) and simply order the new desired size/color in our store.

How do I wash my Matona garments?
You can find detailed washing instructions on the care label inside your garment.
As a general rule, wash non-wool garments inside out at a low temperature (30 degrees is more than sufficient) and then air dry. Do not use bleaching detergents or fabric softeners.
All wool and knitted garments should be washed in cold water, pulled into shape when damp and dried flat in the air.
Please note that your garment may shrink slightly.
Does Matona have any certifications?
Matona and many of our products are GOTS certified.
For the rest of our products, all of our garments are sustainable and just like many of our factories, they are certified organic. However, since some of our products are only certified up to a certain stage of the manufacturing process (e.g. the material, the weaving or the dyeing), but our final product is not, we are not allowed to sell our products with the respective certificate.
