Returns pollute our environment in many ways. To do something good for you and our environment, we ask you to choose your items carefully to avoid unnecessary returns.
To make it easier for you, you will find a separate size chart for each product. If you are not sure about the size, colour, material etc, please contact us at support@matona.at.
General information on returns
Please note that if you return an item, you will be responsible for the cost of returning it to us. A small tip: we recommend that you send your package back to us insured. This way you are insured in any case. Unfortunately we cannot refund for damaged, opened or lost packages.
Once your return has been received by us and all items meet the return criteria, we will refund you via your original method of payment.
Orders over a certain value will be delivered free of charge. We reserve the right to charge shipping costs retrospectively if the value of the goods falls below this amount due to a partial cancellation.

For all returns from outside the EU
If you are returning your order from outside the EU, clearly mark the items to be returned on the invoice. Label the return package legibly with "RETURNED GOODS" and attach the invoice to the outside of your return package. This will ensure that your return reaches us without any customs charges or delays.

You can return your order to us within 14 days of receiving it without giving a reason.

Only items that are in their original condition (not worn, altered or washed) can be fully refunded by us. This includes any tags the product came with.
Underwear, like all other products, can only be returned if it is unworn and unwashed. To see if our Matona underwear fits you, we ask that you try it on over your own underwear. We regret that we cannot accept returns on items with make-up, deodorant or stains.

We hope you love our products as much as we do. If something doesn't fit and you'd like to exchange it, please return it to us within 14 days (see our returns policy) and simply order the new items from our shop.
Which parts are excluded from return?
Our warranty covers both manufacturing and material defects. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, misuse, normal wear and tear or natural colour and material degradation over time.

Third party returns
Matona products purchased from independent stores or online shops must be returned to them. We only accept items purchased from our own online store (www.matona.at) or marketplaces such as Avocadostore.
